Licensing Terms

Template Licenses

When you purchase a template from Ari Gold Software, you receive a license to use the template code within your application. Templates are marked as "Ari Gold Templates" in the codebase.

What You Can Do

  • Use the template in a single production application
  • Modify and customize the template for your needs
  • Receive updates while your license is active
  • Deploy to your own infrastructure

What You Cannot Do

  • Resell or redistribute the template
  • Use the template in multiple applications without additional licenses
  • Remove or modify licensing markers in the code
  • Claim ownership of the template structure

Custom Code Ownership

Code written specifically for your project (not based on templates) becomes your property upon full payment. You have complete ownership and can modify, distribute, or resell this code as you wish.

License Expiration

If you stop paying licensing fees for subscription-based templates, you lose access to updates and support. Your application will continue to function, but you must replace template components if you wish to make significant changes.

Transition Options

You may hire outside developers to work on your application. Custom code remains yours. Licensed template portions must be replaced if your license expires and you wish to continue development.
